Where can I find the invoice for my purchase?
Iinvoices and payment details will be sent to the email address you used to complete the purchase shortly after your successful order. This is usually the email address you used to register with Flightsim.to. However, you can also enter another e-mail address during the order process, please verify that you are checking the correct e-mail inbox.
We will send the invoice to this address immediately after completing your order. If you have not received an invoice, please check your spam folder and your junk folder for our email. If you need further help, contact us and tell us the order reference of your order, which you can find on the Store Purchases page.
