1C9 - Frazier Lake Airpark is a privately-owned, old-fashioned airpark hosting numerous classic antiques, homebuilts, and certified aircraft. Our 2500' x 100' turf runway supports most SEL aircraft.

One Charlie Niner is located 34.2 NM Southeast of San Jose, between the cities of Gilroy and Hollister. The weather is typically awesome sunshine with moderate temps and a predictable afternoon wind of 17 knots or more - always check windsock for wind direction. Some mornings the sun gives way to a short lived overcast.

1C9 Scenery enhancment 1.0.

This airfield has two runways and a Helidpad.  A Grass runway 05-23 and also a Water Runway also 05-23. Caveat:  The water runway isnt actually a runway and the water isnt acting like water, lol.  Im still experimenting, this is all new to me still. The second I get it working it going up.

Cleared the lot andf re-added everything.  Used stock object as replacment buildings.  I dont think this Airpark has runway lights but IIRC it does have lights in the thresholds.  The stock Airport did have taxi lights though so I left those, lol.  I can add runway lights to the grass runway if anyone wants them.

Toyed with the Water runway for many hours trying to get everything aligned but still not exact.  Im not sure the trick to make a "wake" on the water, I tried and failed.  When I dig the hole for the runway its always off kilter, meaning one end is higher than the other, lol.  The MS World is bent here it seems, lol.  

I will be doing more work on this as time permits. My goal isnt an exact duplicate of reality, I simply dont have the skillset for that.  What Im trying to do is make the Airports feel more realistic than what Microsofts algorithm did. If you can live with that caveat then you should enjoy my scenery enhancements.

Cleaned up textures. Made a "GA_Dock" hoping it works in the water, lol. Spent more time on water runway and still get compiler errors when I put a runway object there. Think Ill just leave it at that till I gain more experience. Hope you enjoy it happy flying!
