These 2 sceneries were created using basic and custom free libraries (which are listed below and they should be downloaded and unzipped to your Community folder to see exact the same scenery as on screenshots). All major work was done by 70-years old great man from Ukraine who has sent me these scenarios and I have added ILS in Rivne and RW textures for both airports. 

Added ILS in UKLR (Rivne) for RW 11 - frequency is 111.100 MHz - IRW - 112 magnetic degrees approach course with uniqe 2.67 degree slope (not 3 degree as usual).

How to install:

1) Download and unzip archive. You will find 4 folders which you need to place into your MSFS Community folder.

2) If you have already installed properly my other free scenery from flightsim.to (UKKJ Chayka airfield) you can skip downloading libraries listed below. If you do not have UKKJ so you need to download these free libraries to see all 3D models as it was planned by author:

3) There are few 3D objects used from Asobo free airports listed below, so please check in Content Manager inside MSFS that they are installed:

4) To make ILS work properly in UKLR (Rivne), go to folder on your disk C:\Users\(name of your computer user)\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache and open file Content.xml file using standard application "Notepad" (Блокнот). In this file, insert (using copy-paste) the following line between and : 
4"/>  .  "4" in priority stands for the last priority number. See P.S. section below if you need more info. Then save and close this file, run the MSFS2020.

P.S. in my case, before change  Content.xml file it was looking like this:

and after I add a new row described in step 4, it looks like this 

So if before editing your last Package name in Content.xml have priority="14", you need to add priority="15" while adding row described in step 4).
