*These bush strips follow the route of "Death Road" in Bolivia and are completely fictional and created by me. The props in the scneries are created by others.
Download and unzip the file "12-Pack Bush Strips - Death Road Bolivia.zip". There will be 12 folders inside and a flight plan file. Drag and drop the 12 "itznorcally" folders into your community folder. You can load the included flight plan file with MSFS in the world map or open in Little Nav Maps if you wish. The flight is 390nm long and takes you through some optional riverbars I discovered along the way. You will optionally need to download 10 dependencies files. Be aware that you may see floating props if you dont have all the dependency files, which are free to download and are popular in the community.
Bring some Oxygen for this flight, Bush Boys and Girls!
You will need to bring a bush plane that can land at very high altitudes and land short. I tested, recommend flying the Kitfox from Parallel 42 or the Got Friends DoubleEnder if you own them. Otherwise use a plane that can land short at altitudes up to 17,000ft in the Andes Mountains. All 12 bush strips range from 342ft to 1010ft in length, but some can be overrun by quite a bit. I added fuel services at 7 of the 12 strips so you dont need to carry extra. Just pack some Busch and warm clothing.
"Death Road" is considered the most dangerous road in the world. I flew along this route after re-watching the Top Gear Special: Bolivia airing in 2009, and I created a 12-pack of bush strip sceneries to land along the route.
The television special featured James, Jeremy, and Richard travelling 1,600 km through South America from the rainforests of Bolivia to the Pacific coast of Chile, using second hand off-road vehicles, bought locally off the internet in Bolivia for less than £3,500 each. I recommend watching it if you can, then fly the route for immersion. You will see the road they drove for most of the flight.
Dependencies - Be aware that you may see floating props if you dont have all the dependency files which are free to download.
