Install by copying the unzipped files into the Community folder.
You can also use addon install tools since there is only one file to download.

I will continue using this approach on all my mods, only main landmarks will receive higher quality, this way mods will have lower size and I can cover the entire city. If you feel that the quality is too low you can just fly higher. I can also extend the better quality area when needed/requested.
Main features:
+ Night lights, better colors and illumination, cars, collisions (you can crash the plane into it)
+ Level Of Details, getting closer reveals more details.
+ Baked Textures, a lot less texture files (thanks to whocoolich)
