Faily new to MSFS Scene editing, hoping all was properly packaged and everything. If anything let me know, i initialy created my addons  for myself and end up feeling like sharing with the community, so do not expect everything to be perfect as mentionned, it is new to me.

I tried, as much as i could, to use object native/base to MSFS scenery, requiring as a minimum the needs to download additional libraries, unfortunately, some elements might had sliped in from non MSFS scenery and i appologize if so.

I wanted to recreate the Police Station's Helipad as it was according to Google Map street view imagery around 2012. The Helipad seems not to be operational anymore as cars are being parked around.  Photogrammetery oh the vehicles were removed and i recreated the whole parking lots (textured as cracked, used), parking lines, concrete curbs etc, landscape from the station up to the building at the corner  has been redone, i tried to make it closer to what it is now, grass, signs, parking lines, cars models were added (i know, cars does not matc the pasrking line paces, nothing i could do about this besides adding individual cars everywhere instead of Car Block/lines from the library, though, the police cars were added individual making the parking lot where the helipad is more accurate.

The K-9 Unit, dog parcours also benefits from a object placement to recreate a so called parcours.

Exclusion polygons also been added around powerlines pylons alongside Highway 30, starting rouhgly around  highway 30 and highway 10 junction up to around Saint-Bruno to remove the generated photogrammetery of the pylons overlapping and hidding the modeled ones injected with the World Update.

The Helipad is using a fictional ICAO code, CHSQ.

Hope you guys wil enjoy this one, i tried to recreate this as i always been fasscinated back then as it's location and itès challenge for the pilots with the many obstacles arround (Adjsacent to two Overpasses, PowerLines etc...)..
