Does this MOD add mud to the livery ? or when flying..If I land in dirt/areas will I get dirty ? and clean if I get my wheels wet ?

No, and unless ASOBO opens up the encrypted files and does it themself, I wouldn't hold my breath. There is a lot of work going on with various developers to bring this feature to their own aircraft development, but until there are more advances in technics, sadly, it is what it is.
