Southwold Lighthouse is a lighthouse operated by Trinity House in the centre of Southwold in Suffolk, England. It stands on the North Sea coast, acting as a warning light for shipping passing along the east coast and as a guide for vessels navigating to Southwold harbour. The lighthouse, which is a prominent local landmark, was commissioned in 1890, and was automated and electrified in 1938.
As I'm still finding my way around Blender, the model just uses basic MSFS materials for now, rather than textures. The model includes night lighting in the windows, but I haven't added the actual rotating light yet - once I've figured out how that may appear in a future update! I might also expand this scenery in the future to add a few more details to the town, especially along the sea front. One thing I won't be doing is the pier, since there is already an excellent model here by stinger2k2.
Is there any chance of you doing Happisburgh lighthouse before its gone forever? lol

Nice to see Southwold get some coverage. It's very much a landmark from the air. A place I've been to regularly since I was a kid.
