Welcome to the Gol Airport, Klanten!
Klanten flyplass (Gol Airport) (IATA: ENKL) is an airport located in Hallingdal, (Viken) in Norway, the highest altitude airport in Norway. Airport is in use and are runned by "Hallingdal Flyklubb".
This i my initial version of the airport. There will possibly be added more custom buildings, parkings, scenery, more detail to Hallingdal in the future. In this version I fix the terrain in a swamp that in default is horrible to look at and destroy the nice glideslope for landings.

For gilders in Sim update 11
- if you will takeoff with gliders with a plane in the front I would like to recommend to use grassrunway not start at the middle. FSMS haven't coded some smaller and light weight plane to takeoff with glider here. Often towing is used a Super-Cub with no passenger, in reallife.

History and local story:
Klanten airport was build between 1950-1952 of engineer soilders. The airport is 70 years and have a jubilee "Fly in & Fest" event with lowpass of Norwegian Airforce F-35A and acro flying. This airport is Norway's highest airport at flight level 2770 feet or 845 moh. The neighbours of the airport is Leira and the closed airport Dagali. For 10 years ago Klanten airport reinovated new asphalt and more space to storage the planes and equipments. Klanten Airports challenge to upgrade runway and parking spot to build opon a swamp around the area. Klanten flyplass could be the perfect location in the middle of Bergen and Oslo in the flight infrastructure, but the Leirin Airport get that commercial traffic in and outbound from 1987 to 2018 when it unfortunaltey closed down for traffic that year. Avinor owns the Leirin airport, but the airport is currently for sale. Maybe this beautiful airport with its stunning landscape will open for commercial traffic some time in the future. Fortunately the airport is still in use and parts of the area are runned by "Valdres Flyklubb".
