Lamia was an airline founded in 2009 in Venezuela, and transfered to Bolivia, in 2015. The airline owned 2 Bae146-200, mostly used for charters. At first, the airline had the objective of operating regional flights with the Bae and ATRs, but that plan never came through. By 2016, the airline was in major financial trouble, fact that, along with other reasons, lead to the crash of one of the Bae 146s, killing almost the entire Chapecoense Soccer team and the owner of the airline, which was the captain on the flight. Only 4 passengers survived the crash. After the accident, the airline filed for bankrupcy.

I really want to thank you for posting this livery. I believe flying a livery involved in an accident is a great way to honor the memory of those that died. Many accidents show incredible moments of heroism among the crew and passengers. This was not one of them. This crash was a criminal act that did not have to happen, and everyone that downloads the livery should be aware of the story.
Just to add a few details (I am going off the top of my head, so feel free to correct me if I am wrong): Not all of the soccer team died, I believe one star play survived. Not only did he suffer the loss of his teammates, but he also lost his leg as well. This accident was caused by dangerous cost cutting methods. Obviously, nothing was learned from the Valujet incidents years previous.
Basically, the pilot (and owner of the airline) decided to load a minimum amount of fuel. On the flight in to pick up the charter, he put only enough fuel in the plane to arrive at the destination with fumes left in the tank. Since they arrived safely, he used that same amount of fuel on the return trip, counting on it to be sufficient. Sadly, he forgot to take into account having a tail wind on arrival and a headwind on departure, a mistake even a rookie GA pilot is unlikely to make. Over an hour before they ran out of fuel, the shortage was clear to a trainee pilot in the cockpit. The captain responded by pulling the fuse to the CVR, to erase any record of the discussion. They could have diverted to another airport but chose not to because the airline lacked credit and funds to buy fuel anywhere but their home airport. They could have declared an emergency when fuel was low, but instead waited until the engines died of fuel starvation before informing ATC. This was done because emergencies get investigated and they were hoping to hide the fact they did not load enough fuel.
To me, this was no different than a terrorist bomb. We can only learn from our mistakes if everybody is aware of the story. Thank you for your hard work and sharing your time and talent with us on these liveries!
