Picking up where the MSFS Alaska bush trip ends, our journey through the land of the midnight sun continues with a departure from King Salmon Airport in King Salmon, AK.
The first chapter of our trek spans 694nm as we fly over bays and mountains through south-western Alaska to our destination at St. Michael Airport, a small gravel strip at the southeastern end of Norton Sound.
Your aircraft - a Cessna Skyhawk G1000 - is being refueled and is waiting for you on the runway. Let's get her up and running, and let's go flying!
Installation

Could it be because I stop the motor with the mixture control as in real flight?

I switched off as indicated by Jo8617 but maybe I missed something

I have attempted several times to conclude the first leg of Chapter 1. Each time, when I stop in PFCL, the leg is not saved and I am not able to initiate leg 2. Thanks for your help in this matter

Hi Bruno - thanks for letting me know and sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
I've updated this bush trip to address that issue. I had included a condition that required the parking brake to be set, battery master, avionics master and engines off for leg to be completed.
I've now removed that condition in this (and all other bush trips in this series).
Please let me know if that helps solve the problem!

Hi,
I have "mission-pakn-pamk" in my community folder but I do not find this mission-bush trip in my MSFS Activities. What am i doing wrong? Thanks.

You're doing everything right.
MSFS made a small change with the latest version with MSFS. All 3rd-party bush trips can now be found in Activities -> Custom Content. You'll need to scroll all the way to the right of the Activities screen to see that option.

I've completed the first two legs and so far this is an excellent trip. I couldn't figure out how to end a leg but I contacted the developer on Discord and had an answer within minutes. (I needed to set the parking brake and shut off the engines and all electrical systems, after that it worked like a charm.)
I recommend checking this out, and there are two more trips available currently. And I'm hoping for a fourth after that!
