StreamDeck XL and SD+ Profile for FBW A320neo

FBW A320neo Profile for Streamdeck XL and SD+ (need LORBYs Axis And OHs SD plugin)

To run this you need to have the latest version of AAO and AAOs plugin installed on your StreamDeck. Get it from here (look for "Plugin for the Elgato Stream Deck"). Also install the FlightTracker plugin for the StreamDeck.

It is for the XL version (32 buttons) ONLY! Also a profile for your SD+ included!

STREAMDECK PLUS:
- INTERNAL LIGHTS (with display indication)
- AP FUNCTIONS (with FCU Display) - for PUSH Function push rotaries and for PULL Function LONG PRESS rotaries
- COM/NAV (with display indications) COM 1, 2 and TRANSPONDER
- EFIS page

To switch through the different display options SWIPE the display!

Tested and works with the latest FBW A320neo experimental version (might work with Stable version also). It might be possible that you have to adjust certain functions to your specific setup. If help is needed just drop a line in the comments and for support join my discord server. 

Installation:

First make sure that you have the AAO SD and the Flighttracker plugin installed properly. Install scripts (A320neo.xml) into your AAO via import scripts function. (overwrite if you have existing scripts groups)
Then just double click on the profiles provided in this download

- FBW A320.streamDeckProfile
- FBW A320_SD+.streamDeckProfile (if you have a StreamDeck PLUS)
- A320Views.streamdeckprofile (either use that on your 2nd SD or just create a profile change on your A320 page and mount this profile)

Import A320 Tiller.tmpl as a new template in your AAO and adjust the inputs to your needs (do NOT change the event!). After that you can merge it with your existing template.

You can delete the 2 conversation buttons on SD+ profile as I need them for my conversation.

Zunächst erstmal vielen Dank und mein Kompliment für die fantastische Arbeit!

Einen kleinen Bug habe ich beim SD+ gefunden. Wenn ich den die DOME Lights manuell umstelle wird das Bild auf dem SD+ nicht korrekt dargestellt.

Ist es möglich die Lichter im SD+ zu integrieren? Diese würden sich bei den 8 Buttons regelrecht anbieten oder?

Thanks for the hard work - I just love it. One thing is a little bit strange. All gauges are working except the center fuel punp 1 and 2. I was checking the arguments and compared with e.g. Right tank pump 1 and could not figure out any difference.

Do you have a hint where I can investigate more?

Love the Update.. Would be great to have the Views Button for those who dont have a separate stream deck 😊 Noted have hacked and icon from one of the other profiles to put it on the main A320 page. Appreciate the hard work that goes into these.

Having some trouble. A few controls work - parking brake for example - and the various readouts for fuel etc work well. But the vast majority of buttons do nothing - FCU, ECAM etc. Any thoughts on how/why i might end up with partial success? Tried reinstalling everything, checking all followed exactly per instructions and various online guides. Cant see what im getting wrong!

I like seeing updates but I've tried almost all the release since your first iteration and have yet to have it work properly. Installing the main profile first doesn't change the behavior of the "back" button being set to "Default" profile. I noticed other profiles that have multiple pages but only 1 profile to install; a much cleaner setup that works. Perhaps cover down on those (ie 145)?

I really like your work, I improve it a little every time and I would be happy if you could include it in the next update ...

I separated the OH and the ECAM into separate profiles in order to add a multi-action button to them, which when clicked on the button the camera on the sim will go directly to the OH or the ECAM.

Also note that PACK 2 does not appear in the above step and I added it manually.

Another problem The SYS button and the MODE TURB button are not active on me via the STRAEMDECK but when operated with the mouse directly in the simulator it works and gives an indication in the STREAMDECK.

Hello. To put a but, the LS button does not work correctly. If you press it, the button LIGHT turns on but the LOC frequency is not activated. You can see on the screen of the artificial horizon, that the frequency and distance do not appear. If you manually press the LS button after the light is on, you will see that the locator is activated and the distance and frequency are displayed in pink. In other words, pressing the LS only turns on the light, but it does not activate

In Ex OH and ECAM folders, the toggle button picture is wrong. Just a grey scuare when ex pushing for SEAT BELTS ON, is there something wrong on my end?

Hi, thanks for eaching out. Just rechecked the DEC/INC for EFIS Map and Range Mode. They are working as they should. So no problems on the package. Maybe you are missing some scripts. It very well could be I'm just an idiot, but on the EFIS page, the map mode and map range do nothing. Also, am I missing it or is there no way to adjust the altimeter setting? And on the main page I have no icons for master caution and master warn. It appears there are commands there, just no icons.
Other then me being a total newb at this stuff, love the profile! Amazing work.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. Do you see the icons for the WARN indicators on your SD? Do you have the latest versions (AAO and SD plugin) installed on your system? Screenshots would be helpful though. So far there are no buttons for inc/dec the BARO values ( I use them on my VRi MCP). But if you would like it I can add them. Wie bekomme ich denn am SD+ die Überschriften für die AP Settings orange anstatt Gelb? Mit den Werten selbst klappt es über das konfigurationsmenü eines jeden Knobs. Aber die Überschriften (SPD, HDG, ...) sind nicht anpassbar.

Das kannst Du so nicht ändern, da es Grafiken sind, die "fest" im SD+ durch das erstellte Profil implementiert sind. LG Chris

Hi, was meinst Du mit „manuell“ umstellen? Und was wird nicht korrekt angezeigt? Meinst Du die Schalterstellung auf dem SD+, wenn im Flieger geschalten wird? Ist mir noch nicht aufgefallen und muss ich mir mal ansehen. Falls etwas nicht passt, wird das mit dem nächsten Update berichtigt. Und welche Lichtersteuerung meinst Du genau? Sämtliche Lichtersteuerung kann doch über die Regler gesteuert werden. Wenn es um die ext. Lights geht, die sind bereits alle im SD XL Profil enthalten. Das SD+ dient mir nur als Ergänzung zum XL. Man braucht diese dann evtl nur rüberkopieren. Für weitere Hilfe und Support komme bitte auf meinen Discord Server. Danke & LG Chris

Hi, I currently use one of your older profiles which still has the MCDU page (which seems to have been removed now), for exampe DIR uses this command in SD = A320_Neo_CDU_1_BTN_DIR, Number . I dont see these comments in the .xml files (Full MCDU is missing except brightness).

The SD profile works fine, i just cant find the event (under button assigmment) to bind to a physical button on a button box, I also cant find MCDU commands in the list of events in the xml files., would you abe able to help?

Hi, thanks for reaching out. First: Why should this be an older profile? This profile is actually up-to-date and gets updated constantly ;-) Second: You won't find these commands under "events" as these are no events! These are HVars and HTML based and NOT findable in the "regular" xml files. You easily can bind them as they are. E.g. like H:A320_Neo_CDU_1_BTN_MENU and so on... You will find these Vars in AAO as HTML Variables. For further help and support pls join my discord server. THX! rgds Chris

Great job!

Still running on few issues. For example, few of the OH light switches arent working. Mostly the seem to be multi tile gauges. (Strobe, ANN, EMER, Nosmoke, LL lights l+r, nose light)

AAO software, plugin and streamdeck software are all up to date, using a fbw320 exprimental and dev version

Just updated this profile today and there were no issues so far. Even did a complete flight with this profile. Make sure you are on the latest versions for plug-in/SD and AAO. Check that the import of the profile was ok. Screenshot would help also. For support and further help pls join my discord server.

Thanks for making this! I don't use Streamdeck, but used the included AAO script to map all of the custom AP controls to keyboard assignments. (Hate using the mouse in the cockpit in MSFS!). 10/10

Wenn ich nun auf ein Profil (FBW A320.streamDeckProfile) doppelklicke, erhalte ich nur eine leere Seite im SD. Was fehlt noch?

Sieht so aus als ob da was fehlt. Bitte checken ob alles auf dem neuesten Stand ist und auch installiert (importiert) - AAO Software, SD Software, SD Plugin, Flighttracker Plugin etc.

I appreciate that you like my work. Unfortunately that will not be possible for the Fenix as these values are encrypted and that will obviously not change according to the devs. So far for customer friendliness:-)

Nein wird es nicht, da ich den nicht habe und zweitens sind die AP Werte nicht auslesbar (HDG, ALT, SPD, VS etc). Das wird sich seitens des Entwicklers auch nicht ändern. Sowas kann ich nicht unterstützen…

Thanks for the hint. Obviuously there was a change in VARs since the last updates. New profile update is uploaded so please update your Streamdeck profile and Scripts. Then it should work again...

What exactly do you mean? Are you talking about the MCDU profiles? It is created like that because when you click on the MCDU the view automatically gets set to the respective view in the SIM. Integrating that as a folder would also remove the possibility to change the views automatically. But you can do that yourself, creating a folder and copy the buttons to that folder...
